Wondering how your R&R essentials will fit? In general, all of our styles run true to size. Most of our styles are designed to fit relaxed — if this isn’t your style, we recommend sizing down.

The Icon Dresses and The Contour Capsule run true to size.

Standard domestic orders ship within 1-3 business days and will arrive 5-7 business days after your order is shipped. This time includes processing and shipping times.

Expedited domestic orders typically ship within 1 business day and will arrive 2-3 business days after your order is shipped. This time includes processing and shipping times.

For international orders, please allow up to 6-15 business days for your package to arrive. 

We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email hello@rest-and-relax.com with your full name and order number to request a return.

Once you have submitted your return request, you have 7 days to ship back your item(s) before your refund is processed.
